Hoppy Trout Brewing Co. was built by a couple passionate about craft beer. Thomas, the Master Brewer, spent three years practicing his recipes every weekend until his wife, Kristin, insisted the mounting kegs of beer be shared at last. Hoppy Trout is now a well known and respected establishment in Andrews, with their delicious craft beer at a variety of eateries throughout Cherokee County and Western NC. You can get a taste of Hoppy Trout Brewing’s locally crafted beer at the 5th Annual Forks & Corks – Local Savor.
Beyond their beer, Thomas and Kristin are incredibly involved with the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce and always supporting their neighbors. Can you imagine a better Veterans, Toys for Tots, or PTA fundraiser than dining at Hoppy Trout? Parenting win in my book! They are the epitome of a local business that gives back to their community in ways only locally owned businesses can.
